Meet a few of our Professionals

Interim CEO

S.S is an experienced, progressive, results-driven Executive with a track record of impressive business development.  Skilled in organizational management in a changing environment with an emphasis on financial analysis, planning and leadership development.  He has a track record of reducing overall expenses by more than 50% while increasing operating income by more than 85%.

R.H. has been a successful and effective professional in the non-profit sector as a program director, executive director and fundraiser for over 30 years.  He has served on a variety of non-profit boards and community collaborations in the San Francisco Bay Area and Central Valley.  He has also served as an adjunct professor and lecturer in the areas of non-profit management and sociology a the University of the Pacific and the California State University, East Bay.

Interim CMO

F.S. develops creative marketing plans.  As an innovative, creative executive with strong skills in strategic planning, he possesses successful, progressive experience in creating and implementing plans that present a clear branding message to a target audience netting desired results. He has created and implemented marketing and design marketing strategies for a national manufacturer that grew sales from $1.2 million to $82 million in three years.  F.F. was selected twice by the Presidential Commission as one of the 100 most creative marketing professionals in America.  He is highly distinguished and carries many notable honors.

Interim CFO

C.C. comes to External Resources, Inc. with considerable experience in Administration, Internal Auditing, Finance and Project Management.  She has over 20 years experience in complex healthcare and local government organization.  She has developed policies and procedures to establish standards of excellence for Organization-Wide Administration, Customer Services, Internal Audit and Computer System Design that produced strong and sustainable results.

Process Designer

T.G. is a successful business analyst, technical writer, and project manager, with over 20 years of consulting experience in the manufacturing, brokerage, software, healthcare, telecommunications, banking and bio-tech industries.  His wealth of experience (managing installations of financial and human resource systems; providing in-depth business analysis that results in comprehensive documentation customized for each client’s business objectives; and developing creative training materials that have helped employees become more productive business resources), is the cornerstone of his commitment to deliver high-quality business solutions to Fortune 500 companies throughout Northern California and the United States.
