As a software developer, he’s created numerous IT applications used by global Fortune 500 companies.

ExecuTeam Members (Executive Level-Interims)

Applicants should have a strong executive background and have consistently raised the performance bar in previous business roles.  This person must be a leader with their own personal standards of excellence, accomplishment-driven, highly motivated, and a self-starter who knows what they want, who wants to cause and shape change, and who wants to make a difference. The candidate must be willing to collaborate with other executive leaders.

Duties may include:

  • Reporting to a Corporate Board of Directors or other C-Level Executives.
  • Operations and Financial reporting functions
  • Organizational Development including hiring and  training outstanding staff, redesignating or firing proven non-performers
  • Persistent analysis and improvement of business systems and operations
  • Thinking both creatively and from experience to develop solutions
  • Working in a team of other executives as needed, leveraging individual strengths

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 15 years of executive experience
  • Achievement-oriented with a proven record of great leadership and concrete results
  • Superior analytical and presentation skills with experience in complex quantitative and qualitative analyses (when needed as a CFO).
  • Must possess executive demeanor: Tactful and highly intelligent with outstanding people skills to include listening, non-offensive questioning, and critical thinking and reasoning
  • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
